Berlin, 11 July 2017 – YOC AG (Frankfurt, Prime Standard, ISIN DE0005932735) increased revenue by about 24 % to an estimated EUR 3.7 million in the second quarter of 2017, according to preliminary calculations. Adjusted for provisions specific to the phantom stock option programme for company staff amounting to around EUR 0.2 million, the company presumably achieved a balanced operating result (EBITDA) in the second quarter of 2017.
The company thus reports a quarterly double-digit revenue growth for the seventh time in a row. In the first six months of the current financial year, YOC Group thereby grew by likely around 30 % year-on-year. The stable growth of YOC Group is based on the further growing proportion of the automated sale via interacting trading systems in real time (programmatic advertising).
Adding to this, the company has extended its product development beyond the smartphone, and with YOC Understitial Desktop Ad recently made its successful mobile product available also for desktop browsers. YOC Understitial Ad is integrated into all digital channels (mobile, desktop and tablet) of the publishers and can thus be purchased universally. First mover in the Europe-wide launch of the digital advertising format was the advertiser Pepsi in Poland.
Dirk Kraus, CEO YOC AG: “Our development into a product based ad tech company is progressing, resulting in a significant rise in revenue and results in the first half of 2017. We reckon with a presumably balanced adjusted EBITDA for the second quarter of 2017.”
