FIL Investments International, Kent, UK, informed us on April 25, 2014 to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that its percentage holding of the voting rights in YOC AG, Berlin, Germany, fell below the threshold of 3% on April 25, 2014 and amounts to 2.96% (corresponding to 84,536 voting rights) on that day.

All of the aforementioned voting rights were attributed to FIL Investments International pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG. The voting rights were attributed to FIL Investments International from Fidelity Fonds SICAV, being a shareholder holding less than 3% of the voting rights in YOC AG.
