Platform Development and AI Investments Drive Growth for YOC AG in Fiscal Year 2024
Berlin, April 28, 2025 – The Ad Tech company YOC AG (Frankfurt, Prime Standard,
ISIN: DE0005932735) announces its Annual Report for the fiscal year 2024.
For the reporting period, YOC AG achieved a consolidated revenue of EUR 35 million
(2023: EUR 30.6 million), representing a 14% increase compared to the previous year. The operating result before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA)* under IFRS amounted to EUR 5.2 million (2023: EUR 4.4 million), reflecting an 18% increase over the previous year. Conversely, start-up costs of approximately EUR 0.3 million associated with the expansion into the Swedish market had an impact on profitability. The Group's net income for the period stood at EUR 3.7 million (2023: EUR 2.9 million). As a result, earnings per share increased by 29%, from EUR 0.83 to EUR 1.07.
The fiscal year 2024 was once again marked by significant advancements in the VIS.X® platform, which enables the automated trading of non-standardized, high-impact ad formats across all digital channels in real-time. The investment focus was on expanding the offerings based on proprietary artificial intelligence to improve the performance metrics of YOC clients' campaigns, as well as enhancing the technology for optimized audience targeting.
