YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You are responsible for preparing the monthly and annual financial statements according to the German Commercial Code (HGB) for YOC Germany GmbH.
  • You handle the ongoing accounting tasks (general ledger, fixed assets, accounts receivable, accounts payable, etc.) independently and with full responsibility.
  • You manage payment transactions as well as dunning processes and receivables management.
  • You calculate and post monthly provisions and accruals to ensure accurate period-end closings.
  • Reconciling the balance sheet and P&L accounts of the company, including intercompany reconciliations, is also part of your responsibilities.
  • You prepare VAT returns/declarations and statistical reports (e.g., for the German Central Bank).
  • You support the team during the annual audit process.
  • You actively contribute to projects aimed at optimizing processes in the finance and accounting department.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have successfully completed commercial training or further education as a certified accountant, tax specialist, or a comparable qualification.
  • You have several years of relevant professional experience.
  • You are well-versed in financial accounting, HGB-compliant accounting, and VAT regulations.
  • You are proficient in using SAP and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • A high level of commitment, flexibility, and an independent working style complete your profile.
  • You have very good German language skills.
