THE ROLE

  •  Support in the search for the best talent
  •  Taking part in interviews and selecting applicants
  •  Supporting our employees in all phases of the employee life cycle
  •  Collaboration on exciting projects, e.g. event planning, employee surveys and sustainability
  •  Participation, management and control of all HR management processes
  •  Creation and administration of HR documents (contracts, certificates, etc.)

YOUR PROFILE

Are you interested in HR and development topics? Then you've come to the right place! We offer you the opportunity to become part of our HR team as a prospective personnel services clerk (m/f/x). Your tasks during the three-year apprenticeship will be as follows:      Ideally, you have a good school-leaving certificate, at least an intermediate school-leaving certificate, and have a genuine interest in HR and organisation. Communication is in your blood: you are not afraid to approach people and can express yourself well both verbally and in writing. You find it easy to work in a structured manner and maintain an overview, even when several tasks are pending at the same time. You are reliable, show initiative and enjoy working in a team, because we value teamwork as much as individual performance. Basic knowledge of MS Office, such as Word, Excel and Outlook, is an advantage, but not a prerequisite - it is more important to us that you are keen to learn new things and familiarise yourself with our systems. If you also have an open-minded and friendly personality, you've come to the right place!
