THE ROLE

As an Account Manager (m/f/x), you will support the YOC team in expanding and maintaining customer relationships within the digital advertising landscape. Acting as the interface between media agencies, advertisers, and internal tech teams, you will contribute to the successful execution of campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acquiring and managing clients in the Swiss digital advertising market
  • Advising media agencies and direct clients on innovative ad formats and programmatic solutions
  • Coordinating campaigns, including briefing, execution, and monitoring
  • Analyzing campaign data, preparing reports, and providing optimization recommendations
  • Monitoring market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
  • Working closely with the Sales and Operations team

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media Management, or a comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in digital advertising, media sales, or account management is an advantage
  • Strong interest in the Swiss digital and media landscape
  • Analytical mindset with confidence in working with numbers and KPIs
  • Communicative, proactive personality with a passion for client interaction
  • Excellent German and English skills; French is a plus
  • High level of self-motivation and willingness to learn
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
  • Enthusiasm for digital trends and innovative advertising solutions
