YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you passionate about sustainability and social responsibility, but also intrigued by HR topics? Then you’ve come to the right place! We offer you the opportunity to join us as a working student in the HR department with a focus on sustainability. You'll have the chance to advance our sustainability efforts while gaining a comprehensive insight into various HR functions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sustainability: You’ll support us in integrating our sustainability strategy across all business areas and help the team continuously improve it. Additionally, you’ll develop processes and ensure they can run in an automated way.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility: You’ll contribute to turning policies and legal requirements into actionable measures.
  • HR Administration: You’ll assist with tasks such as contract creation, document management, and maintaining our HR tools.
  • Projects: You’ll be involved in exciting HR projects, such as employer branding initiatives or organizing events.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You are an enrolled student, ideally studying Sustainability Management, (Business) Psychology, Business Administration with a focus on HR, or a similar field, and you have a genuine interest in sustainability and HR topics.
  • You are creative, communicative, and eager to contribute your own ideas.
  • You are organized and enjoy working independently.
  • You enjoy interacting with people and advocating for their needs. You find it easy to work in a structured way and keep track of things, even when managing multiple tasks at once.
  • Additionally, you have a strong numerical aptitude, a high affinity for digital media, and enthusiasm for exploring new digital tools.
  • You have excellent German skills and are fluent in English.
