YOC Austria is looking for an experienced Sales Manager (m/f/x) to strengthen our team in Vienna! If you are already active in the digital advertising industry and looking for a new challenge in a dynamic, innovative company, you’ve come to the right place. As the face of YOC in the market, you will play a key role in driving our company's growth. Your main focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with both direct clients and agencies. You will inspire them with our innovative advertising solutions and develop tailored strategies to meet their needs.

Your Responsibilities in Detail:

  • Managing and expanding existing client relationships while strategically acquiring new leads
  • Developing individual sales strategies to market our digital advertising products
  • Providing expert consultation to direct clients and agencies with in-depth market knowledge
  • Delivering compelling product presentations and negotiating with key decision-makers
  • Representing YOC at networking events and industry conferences
  • Working closely with our Publisher Management & Ad Operations teams to create innovative campaign solutions
  • Engaging in regular exchanges with international colleagues to further develop our offerings

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience in selling digital advertising solutions, ideally with an existing client network in Austria
  • Passion for sales and the ability to inspire and engage clients in the long term
  • Strong communication skills and excellent presentation abilities
  • Hands-on mentality, proactive approach, and strategic thinking
  • Confidence in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Business-fluent German and fluent English skills
  • Willingness to travel within Austria
