YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a (Junior) Business Development Manager (m/f/x) in Berlin, you will work closely with our C-level and senior management team by providing guidance, support and advice on complex day-to-day processes and projects. Topics such as post-merger integration (PMI) or further growth are just as much a part of your area of responsibility as the further development of the existing product and solution portfolio with the aim of establishing and expanding a scalable product business. You are characterized by a proactive personality for whom it is a matter of course to lend a hand in the implementation of our projects.

The role also includes the following focal points:  

  • You are involved in the internationalization process from the very beginning and steer through the processes with all parties involved
  • You are responsible for the creation and evaluation of business plans in close cooperation with the relevant teams
  • You forecast and analyze the impact of your projects and present the results to the team and management
  • You lead cross-functional teams as part of an ongoing integration project and maintain close collaboration with decision makers
  • You are responsible for monitoring and reporting to our stakeholders and management
  • You evaluate our CRM measures and tools in order to continuously optimize and further develop them

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have successfully completed a university degree with above-average success in the field of economics (or comparable education)
  • You have +2 years of professional experience in business development/project management/consulting, ideally in the field of media/ad tech/mobile advertising
  • You are able to implement, adhere to and improve processes and best practices to enable cross-functional collaboration
  • You enjoy both analytical and hands-on work in an international environment, working independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner
  • You are ambitious, willing to learn and motivated to drive topics and projects forward
  • You have very good presentation skills and are confident in using PowerPoint and Excel
  • You speak fluent English as well as German
  • You have gained initial experience in project management
  • Experience with HubSpot is an advantage
