For that reason, we are proud to announce that we are nominated for the Digital Advertising Award Europe in the category “Sell Side Innovation”.
The focus was on our proprietary SSP VIS.X and the campaign of the cough medicine ACC Direct by Hexal.
In cooperation with the media agency Starcom the high-impact formats YOC Mystery Scroller® and YOC Understitial Ad® ran fully programmatically on mobile web, and in-app across different types of mobile devices.
The innovative technology of VIS.X can deliver almost any kind of specialized high-impact ad format on regular ad units of publisher sites. The creative tech layer inside VIS.X transforms regular creative assets coming from DSP’s via plug-and-play without further adjustments into bespoke rich media ads in real-time. The creative code can then be served within a standard MPU, banner or out-of-page ad unit. Our Creative Team produced and built the most suitable content for the chosen ad formats YOC Mystery Scroller® and YOC Understitial Ad®. The goal was to create a catchy message (Think: “Ads are annoying? So is coughing!”) to grab user’s attention. The rich media ad content changed dynamically as the user scrolls through the content. The scrolling behaviour itself initiated animations, personalized effects or videos transitions within the ad unit.
This data-driven, fully programmatic, rich media campaign for Hexal achieved tremendous reach, outstanding CTRs and above industry standard viewability rates across all devices. In addition, our publishers benefit from better yield through YOC’s proprietary ad formats.
