On December 13, 2012, Michael W. Schwetje, Germany, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on YOC AG, Berlin, Germany, have fallen below the 10% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 10, 2012, and on that day fell to 5.04% (this corresponds to 120,000 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 120,000 of the Voting Rights (5.04%)are to be attributed to Michael W. Schwetje.

These voting rights attributed to Michael W. Schwetje are held via the following companies which are controlled by Michael W. Schwetje and whose share of voting rights on YOC AG amounts to 3% or more:

– Schwetje Holding GmbH, Köln
– Schwetje Invest GmbH, Köln

On December 18, 2012, Mr. Dr. Bernhard Heiss, Germany, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on YOC AG, Berlin, Germany, have exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 14, 2012, and on that day amounted to 7.98% (this corresponds to 190,000 Voting Rights).
