On May 8, 2015, Barbara Schweinberger, Germany, informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares her Voting Rights on YOC AG, Berlin, Germany, exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 8, 2014, and on that day amounted to 3.28% (corresponding to 93,803 Voting Rights).

All of these Voting Rights Barbara Schweinberger holds as a member of the community of heirs of Hilmar Kraus, comprising Dirk-Hilmar Kraus and Barbara Schweinberger (née Kraus).
