Berlin, November 19, 2012, 11:01 – Today the Supervisory Board of YOC AG appointed Dirk Freytag as CEO of the company as of December 1, 2012. On the Managing Board of YOC AG he will be responsible for corporate strategy and organization, the upcoming core business of media, and investor and public relations.

Dirk Freytag has many years of extensive leadership experience in online marketing companies, most recently in a double role as CEO of ADTECH AG and also Senior Vice President at AOL Inc. He successfully implemented the restructuring, the sale to AOL, including local implementation of ADTECH, and the establishment of the company in the USA. At AOL he was in charge of global product management for AOL Advertising and ad.com.

The Supervisory Board would also like to announce that the interim board mandate of Patrick Feller shall end on December 31, 2012. The Board thanks Mr. Feller for his great commitment and his consistently professional and excellent cooperation
