Technical Services Engineer (m/f/x)

The Role:

You will be part of our IT Technical Services team and work closely with our international product, publisher, campaign and sales teams. In particular, you will be in charge of:

  • Providing technical expertise to support our internal teams in using our ad platform, products and tools
  • Conducting supply (app and web SDKs) and demand side (OpenRTB or another API based) integrations with our partners and customers
  • Technical diagnostics of ad delivery, troubleshooting creative display issues in the web and app environments, helping resolve them
  • Supporting product teams in testing new features and providing bug fixes
  • Participating in development of internal tools for the improvement of team processes
  • Taking part in creating documentation on using our tools and best practices

Your Profile:

  • You have completed a degree in Computer Science or gained similar working experience
  • You have gained 2-3 years of experience in technical support, product management or mobile app / software development positions
  • You have experience in using trouble ticketing systems such as JIRA, OTRS, Zendesk or similar
  • You have experience in integrating and troubleshooting advertisinig SDKs (similar to Google Mobile Ads SDK) in native mobile apps on iOS and/or Android
  • You understand the concept of object-oriented programming and are familiar with one or a few of these languages – Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, Swift
  • You understand how web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript work together
  • You have a solid understanding of HTTP protocol and experience in using RESTful APIs
  • You are familiar with what ad serving and real-time bidding are
  • You are very fluent in English, additional knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • You are a very customer- and service-oriented person with excellent problem-solving skills
  • You are a very reliable team player
