Sebastian Bauermann appointed new YOC Director Finance
Berlin, 24.2.2016 – YOC, a leading provider of data-driven mobile advertising solutions in Europe, has appointed Sebastian Bauermann to the newly created post of Director Finance for the entire group.
From the group’s Berlin headquarter Sebastian Bauermann will, with immediate effect, assume responsibility for all the company’s commercial operations at both domestic and international level. The focus of his new post will be on supporting the financial management of the company and reporting internally to the management board and the supervisory board. In cooperation with his team in Berlin he will be responsible for coordinating the individual and consolidated financial statements of the YOC group. His responsibilities also include economic planning, controlling of participations and treasury management, together with the optimisation of internal accounting processes and the SAP enterprise resource planning system applied by YOC.

Sebastian Bauermann has been working for YOC AG since 2008. The 31-year old management graduate has been Head of Controlling since 2014.
