Dirk Kraus takes over at YOC

Dirk Freytag resigns from the company due to illness

Berlin, 02.10.2013 – The mobile advertising specialist YOC AG today announced that founder Dirk Kraus will immediately take over the sole management of the corporation. The former CEO Dirk Freytag has decided to resign due to health reasons.

Founder Dirk Kraus has been again in the company since early September. He founded YOC AG in 2000 and since then has been mainly responsible as CEO for finance and marketing before he retired last year. From now on Dirk Kraus takes over all management-related tasks. Dirk Kraus is a senior expert and helped to transform the mobile advertising environment to what it is today.

Together with his team, Dirk Kraus is working to strengthen YOC’s European market leadership position. The focus will be in the coming months to further expand relations with leading publishers. For this purpose the Publisher team will be significantly reinforced. YOC is also currently working on the extension of the product portfolio.
