THE ROLE

As a Sales Manager (m/f/x), you will be responsible for managing media agencies and direct clients in the field of digital advertising, with full revenue accountability. You will develop advertising strategies, create presentations, and pitch them to your clients. Additionally, you will oversee the execution, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns in close collaboration with our Publisher and Ad Operations teams. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing existing clients while preparing the acquisition of new ones.
  • Communicating our products to potential clients and representing YOC at events and trade fairs.
  • Developing innovative ideas for our clients in coordination with our Publisher and Ad Operations teams and deriving sales strategies for our company.
  • Continuously expanding your market knowledge and sharing insights with the team as well as with international colleagues within the YOC Group.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have successfully completed a degree in a business-related field or have a comparable qualification.
  • You have 2-3 years of experience in the media industry.
  • You have excellent communication skills and know how to maintain and expand client relationships.
  • You think innovatively and dynamically, take responsibility, and work with precision.
  • You are proficient in MS Office programs (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Ideally have experience with CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot or Salesforce)
  • You have excellent German and fluent English skills and are willing to travel as needed.
