Michael Kruse appointed to Board of YOC AG
YOC appoints second board member to strengthen its management team and to drive forward strategic reorientation.
Berlin, 8 December 2014 – YOC, Europe’s leading mobile advertising player, has today announced the appointment of Michael Kruse as a valuable addition to the Board. Michael Kruse will take charge of Sales, Operations and Technology as of 1 January 2015.
Following successful restructuring and strategic reorientation, Michael Kruse, a programmatic expert, will join the Board of YOC AG chaired by its founder Dirk Kraus. Michael Kruse will be responsible for the further development of our Mobile Advertising core business and the strategic direction of our programmatic unit, managing all related product and service developments. Dirk Kraus will remain in charge of Strategy, Corporate Finance, HR, Marketing and Public and Investor Relations.
Michael Kruse was former Managing Director of belboon, a former subsidiary of YOC. He has proven himself as an expert in leading and developing digital advertising companies based on his experience as managing director of the ad:C Media performance agency and Country Manager at the Commission Junction affiliate network.
