Berlin, 2nd April 2013 – Joachim von Bonin, member of the Executive Board of YOC AG, leaves the Executive Board of YOC AG in agreement with the Supervisory Board as of 31 March 2013.

Joachim von Bonin has been on the Management Board since June 2010. He was appointed to the company’s Executive Board in June 2011, responsible for finances and controlling, human resources as well as central purchasing.

Joachim von Bonin’s current duties are taken over by the Chairmen of the Executive Board Dirk Freytag effective immediately.

The Executive Board and Supervisory Board would like to thank Joachim von Bonin for the trustful and loyal working together and wish him all the best in his professional and private future.
