YOC AG realises earn-out of around EUR 0.2 million from the sale of belboon GmbH
Berlin, 06 October 2015 – YOC AG (Frankfurt, Prime Standard, ISIN DE0005932735) announces the agreement with the buyer of YOC Group‘s former affiliate marketing segment on the variable purchase price component from the sale in financial year 2014. The deal results in a cash inflow of around EUR 0.2 million for YOC AG. According to contract, the maximum variable purchase price component from the sale of belboon GmbH would have been EUR 0.3 million.
The affiliate marketing network belboon was sold in July 2014 in the course of YOC AG’s strategic focus on its core business mobile advertising. Since then, the company’s focus has been on data driven mobile ad solutions such as mobile programmatic advertising. Most recently, YOC has introduced the newly developed mobile ad format YOC Understitial onto the market.
