Programmatic Demand Partner Manager (m/f/x)

The Role:

The Programmatic Demand Partner Manager (m/f/x) will join our team of international mobile advertising specialists and work closely with our product management team in Berlin and our international sales teams across Europe. As part of YOC’s Programmatic team, you have the strategic lead for our programmatic demand management and expansion.

In particular, you will be in charge of:

  • Identifying new opportunities, qualifying leads and acquisition of global buyers (agency trading desks / advertisers) and buying platforms (DSPs)
  • Supporting the technical integration and onboarding process of acquired buyers to our proprietary SSP technology platform for high impact advertising products in close collaboration with our internal tech team
  • Guaranteeing that our clients actually reach their planned revenues and goals after the integration
  • Ensuring through quality controls and regular exchanges with your clients, that existing revenues are secured, and client relationships can be expanded further (e.g. with new products)
  • Supporting and advising our international sales teams in drive and scale the activity of their programmatic demand partners
  • Joining sales pitches by providing your market insights and technical know-how

Your Profile:

  • You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in economics, business information technology, business development or a related field.
  • You have gained at least 2-3 years of experience in programmatic Adtech companies
  • You are a sales driven person with at least 2 years of experience in a business development, sales or account management role involving frequent communication (with clients and tech partners
  • You are a tech-savvy person with a good understanding of technical interrelations
  • You are a team player with strong analytical and social skills
  • Your oral and written communication skills stand out and you have a strong focus on time management and organization
  • You can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • You are fluent in English, additional knowledge of German or Spanish language is a plus
