Country Manager Mobile Advertising (m/f/x) Italy

the Role:

The Country Manager (m/f/x) will be in charge to build up network and shape our business plus expand operations in Italy. The person will be responsible for the overall performance for YOC in Italy in accordance with YOC’s overall strategy. The position shall be based in Milan. The Country Manager (m/f) will report directly to the Executive Board.

  • Successfully develop and execute local sales and publisher strategy
  • Establish sales process and develop new market potential
  • Responsible for YOC P&L operations
  • Build up agency and ad network as well as publishers and liaise with these key accounts
  • Represent the company to potential customers, trade fairs, professional associations, etc.
  • Develop strategic plans that reflect the longer-term objectives and priorities
  • Interface to product development, IT, finance and close collaboration with headquarters and other European countries
  • Monitor the operating and financial results against plans and budgets
  • Assume full ownership for all country operations to the board

your Profile:

  • You have an university degree in business management or comparable education
  • You have minimum 5-10 years of professional experience in sales of digital media with a relevant network of contacts to media agencies
  • You have already gained experience in managing a (sales) team
  • You are highly responsible, self-motivated and able to thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, creative environment
  • You inspire us with your commitment to success, your motivation, persuasion and self-initiative
  • You are a team player, with a strong sense of ownership and a ‘get things done’ attitude
  • Very good knowledge of Italian and English is essential in our international business, German language skills would be a plus
